• Mission: This person creates and oversees financial models, marketing collateral, and client presentations to support new business generation and M&A transaction execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information.
• Coordinate business due diligence and execute M&A transactions.
• Develop marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, and management presentations.
• Perform valuation and various ad hoc financial analyses for engagements.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, guiding their professional development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution, coupled with advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Experience: 6 or more years of relevant investment banking experience, including extensive operational, financial modeling, and valuation expertise, as well as hands-on M&A experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong public speaking and presentation skills; and the ability to manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
• Bonus: Demonstrated transaction experience specifically within the Healthcare industry.
