This is a full-time, two-year rotational program at Bank of America, located in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; and Jacksonville, FL. • Mission: Support Line of Business priorities by assisting with initiatives and strategies in a two-year rotational development program for external veterans.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Assist the Line of Business in delivering on priorities by supporting initiatives and strategies as part of a two-year rotational program.
• Tactical Execution: Support teammates and partners to execute and deliver on tactical plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Relationship Development: Develop and maintain effective, active working relationships with clients, business partners, team members, or external contacts relevant to the line of business.
• Diverse Task Management: Perform a variety of duties, often changing in nature depending on workload.
• Project Contribution: Support numerous activities including project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting, and participate in projects that may be highly visible.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military with an honorable discharge; holds a 3.0 grade point average or greater from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Within 24 months of separation from Active Duty, or currently drilling National Guard or Reservists are eligible; demonstrates effective leadership, including the ability to coach others.
• Skills: Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Adaptability.
• Bonus: Executes tasks effectively under changing and ambiguous circumstances; ability to work and collaborate effectively in a business environment.
