Venture Capital Internship Opportunity | RSJ Investments
The Tone:
This is an internship at RSJ Investments, located in Prague, Czech Republic, with flexible home office options. RSJ Investments is an asset manager managing over 500 million EUR, having spun out of a successful algorithmic trading business. The company invests Europe-wide in venture capital, private equity, life sciences, and real estate. This role offers the chance to gain close exposure to European finance, connect with successful investors, and contribute to investment processes within a broad range of alternative assets.

• Mission: Collaborate on leading investments into alternative asset projects and assist in preparing fundraising presentations to gain exposure to the European fund and startup ecosystem.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Support analysts and asset managers by reporting on investment decisions and portfolio developments.
• Modelling: Assist with financial modelling activities for various projects.
• Presentations: Aid in preparing professional presentations for internal and external use.
• Research: Conduct industry research to support investment strategies and decisions.
• Communication: Participate in calls with partners to facilitate collaboration and information exchange.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level individual with a proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for knowledge.
• Experience: An effective researcher with strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint; a background in finance (VC/Investment Banking) or advisory is an advantage.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, excellent command of English, strong proficiency in MS Excel, strong proficiency in PowerPoint, effective research capabilities.
• Bonus: Preferred candidates possess C2 level Czech language skills (native or bilingual speakers), an ideal internship duration of 6 months, and a preference for long-term cooperation.
