This is a full-time, on-site role at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. As a Vendor Management Professional, your role is pivotal in organizing, coordinating, and tracking the essential maintenance, project implementation, and documentation activities performed by external vendors under contract with PCS, directly supporting the operational efficiency and success of Samsung’s cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Vendor Coordination: Systematically organize, coordinate, manage, and track the diverse efforts of contractor companies operating on-site at Samsung Austin Semiconductor.
• Performance Tracking: Actively track the performance of various activities undertaken by vendors, including maintenance tasks, project implementations, and documentation processes, under contract with PCS.
• Compliance and Service: Adhere to company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, while consistently providing high-quality customer service, assessing needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Execute essential clerical duties such as making copies, filing documents, organizing records, processing invoices, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
• Reporting and Analysis: Facilitate internal operations by setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences, conducting research to analyze results, and preparing comprehensive reports and executive summaries with potential solutions and recommendations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-level professional with a preferred Bachelor’s or technical degree (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 0–3 years of experience in spreadsheets, inventory management, and project management.
• Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic project management skills.
