What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Planning & Recommendations: Assist clients with planning comprehensive vacation travel, including booking flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and ground transportation, while providing destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets.
• Itinerary Coordination: Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure seamless and smooth travel experiences, and communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability.
• Booking & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of all bookings, confirmations, and client communications, utilizing established booking platforms and online systems to track details.
• Traveler Support: Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed, proactively monitoring travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about current travel promotions, destination-specific information, and broader industry updates to offer the best advice and options to clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professionals or individuals demonstrating a keen interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or vacation planning.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is strictly required; however, previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or general travel planning is considered helpful.
• Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple travel requests and client needs effectively; excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and travel partners; a customer-service mindset demonstrated through attention to detail and client focus; and basic computer proficiency for online booking systems.
• Bonus: Comfortable working independently within a remote professional environment.
