What You’ll Actually Do
• Billing: Calculate and process resident water and sewer charges on a monthly basis.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving utility billing discrepancies.
• Communication: Communicate with vendors and onsite property teams to resolve utility issues.
• Invoice Processing: Enter utility invoices, including water/sewer, gas, and electric, into the payable system.
• Financial Review: Assist with monthly financial statement review, including general ledger and processing month-end journal entries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• Experience: No specific years required, but experience using Microsoft Excel formulas and general computer skills are necessary.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and formulas, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Bonus: Accounting knowledge and experience.
