The role involves meticulous preparation of financial statements, thorough examination of company accounts, and ensuring strict compliance with all financial reporting and accounting procedures.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Record: Record asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing financial information.
• Prepare: Support and prepare financial statements promptly, including developing reports for board decision-making.
• Analyze: Analyze business operations, trends, costs, and revenues to project future financials and provide advice.
• Comply: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying legislation and advising management.
• Reconcile: Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Taxes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of schooling and on-the-job experience.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures per GAAP.
