What You’ll Actually Do
• App Testing: Go through the PathSpark app from start to finish at your own pace.
• Project Completion: Complete the entire experience within a 2-3 week timeframe.
• Self-Reflection: Engage in a step-by-step reflection experience to explore your interests, strengths, and career ideas.
• Feedback Provision: Share comprehensive feedback upon completion of the app experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. This role requires applicants to be current high school students of any grade or undergraduate college freshmen/sophomores.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required; however, candidates must demonstrate reliability and commitment to complete the internship once started.
• Skills: Open-mindedness, curiosity, genuine interest in learning more about yourself, and excitement to provide feedback on tools designed to support students.
