The Tone:
This is a full-time remote internship at We Are Blockchain A.C. The company is dedicated to providing educational content and fostering community engagement around the rapidly evolving fields of blockchain, Web3, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi). This Praktikant role is crucial for supporting the creation of high-quality learning resources, ensuring a vibrant and informed community, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform’s user experience. The intern’s contributions directly impact the accessibility and quality of information for learners engaging with cutting-edge industry trends.

• Mission: To support the creation of educational content, foster community engagement, and conduct research across blockchain, Web3, and DeFi topics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Development: Assist in the preparation of educational materials, drafting, and proofreading articles or social media posts to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Community Engagement: Help organize online events and various community initiatives, actively supporting learners within the community to foster an interactive environment.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on emerging blockchain trends and projects, meticulously summarizing key findings to inform content and strategic discussions.
• Platform & Resource Improvement: Collaborate with team members to enhance existing learning resources and continuously improve the overall user experience of the platform.
• Strategic Contribution & Administration: Contribute innovative ideas to further enhance the platform’s offerings and perform essential administrative or coordination tasks as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, Web3, and decentralized finance is essential, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and remain updated on industry trends.
• Experience: Comfort and familiarity with remote collaboration tools and various digital platforms, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a particular aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and accessible manner. Basic research and analytical skills, including the capacity to gather pertinent information from diverse sources and synthesize key insights effectively. The ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, and consistently meet established deadlines is also required. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and contributing constructive ideas to team projects.
• Bonus: Previous exposure to blockchain tools or communities, such as experience using crypto wallets, exploring decentralized applications (dApps), or actively participating in online forums. Experience or relevant coursework in fields like computer science, economics, business, or communications is also considered beneficial.
