What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient & Visitor Guidance: Greet and compassionately guide patients and visitors, offering timely updates and ensuring they feel informed and fully supported during their time at the hospital.
• Record & Information Management: Maintain patient records with precision and accuracy, carefully entering physician orders, and diligently protecting all confidential patient information.
• Communication Coordination: Efficiently handle all incoming calls and manage communications between patients, visitors, and care team members, ensuring the unit remains promptly and clearly connected.
• Environmental Organization: Proactively ensure the unit’s environment remains clean, organized, and consistently well-stocked with necessary supplies to promote both safety and comfort for everyone.
• Operational Initiative: Take thoughtful initiative to effectively solve daily operational challenges, actively support the unit’s smooth functioning, and contribute to a positive culture of respect and teamwork.
