Job Description: Undergraduate Intern (Summer 2026)
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking motivated undergraduate interns for Summer 2026 at their corporate headquarters in Fairfield, OH. This internship offers a meaningful work experience across various business operations roles and departments, with hybrid work options available in select departments.

Key Responsibilities (May vary by role/department):
Interns will have the opportunity to:
• Assist with various business activities and processes.
• Participate and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and projects.
• Research emerging trends, conduct data analysis, and evaluate options.
• Generate reports, promotional/educational materials, and other work products.
• Serve internal and external customers.
• Engage in introductory insurance class(es) to build industry knowledge.
• Interact with different departments to gain an understanding of the corporate structure.
• Network with leadership and experienced associates.
• Participate in both group and individual projects, fostering collaboration and independent work.
Requirements:
• Enrollment: Must be a full-time, undergraduate student at an accredited college/university (2nd year or above preferred).
• Majors: All majors are welcome to apply (may vary by specific role requirements).
• Transcripts: Collegiate transcripts are required with the application submission (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).
• Academic Standing: Must be in good academic standing (cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher preferred).
• Work Availability: Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; eligibility for a hybrid schedule may vary by role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software.
• Work Authorization: Must have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without requiring sponsorship now or at any time in the future, including for Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).
Compensation:
Starting pay begins at $18 per hour and is determined based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
