What You’ll Actually Do
• Perform a variety of tasks that require limited independent judgment.
• Research, compile, and prepare routine or ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Research and maintain accurate records, files, and logs.
• Initiate and maintain contact with customers, vendors, or contractors to respond to, research, and resolve routine inquiries.
• Organize meetings or other venues, arranging for necessary logistical needs such as setup, handouts, reports, speakers, and cleanup.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of programs or projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a college or university offering a four-year degree, having completed at least the freshman year and in good academic standing.
• Experience: Completion of at least one year of a bachelor’s program. College transcripts are required as part of the interview process.
• Skills: Capability to perform tasks under direct or general supervision, aptitude for research and data compilation, ability to maintain accurate records, and effective communication for resolving routine inquiries.
