What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Brainstorm, develop, and produce innovative short-form video content aligned with LangPal’s brand and mission.
• Creative Writing: Craft compelling and engaging captions for all content, optimizing them for various social media platforms.
• Campaign Development: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign ideas that drive user engagement and community growth.
• Community Engagement: Interact with LangPal’s online community by responding to comments and fostering a vibrant, communicative environment.
• Platform Adaptation: Strategically adapt content for optimal performance across a variety of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career individual with a strong passion for language learning and digital storytelling, understanding current online trends as a digital native.
• Experience: Proven skills in video creation, creative writing, and the ability to weave compelling narratives to produce user-focused and impactful content. Foundational knowledge in content strategy, social media platforms, and community engagement techniques.
• Skills: Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or InShot, along with strong creative writing capabilities and effective collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Enrollment in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, Digital Media, or a related field.
