2027 Enterprise Corporate Functions Full-Time Program (Intern Conversion) | Truist
The Tone:
This is a full-time program at Truist, located in Charlotte, NC, designed for former interns. Truist is a financial services organization committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities through real care. They offer a wide range of services including consumer and wholesale banking, alongside technology, data, and operations. This immersive program provides real work experience, a customized curriculum, and candid conversations with top leaders, placing participants on a fast-track to make a significant impact within the financial services industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training Completion: Satisfactorily complete all prescribed training prior to the program’s end for appropriate center assignment.
• Continuous Learning: Complete any additional training recommended by a manager, either during or after the program.
• Project Participation: Engage in business rotations, working on projects and business-as-usual activities to apply learned concepts and behaviors.
• Special Assignments: Perform special projects or assignments outside the formalized training program as requested.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the bank to develop analytical and leadership skills and contribute to protecting the organization while enabling responsible growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree required, with a graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027. This is an entry-level program focused on developing a career in financial services.
• Experience: Completed a 2026 Truist Internship. Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement, community engagement, and/or work experience. Willingness to travel and relocate for the program and future assignments within the Truist footprint.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong initiative and personal accountability, and general knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Bonus: 3.0+ GPA preferred.
