What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting Management: Manage the periodic reporting requirements for treasury to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Global Operations: Oversee and execute best-in-class global treasury reporting and activities, including cash forecasting and monthly/quarterly closing processes.
• Forecasting & Planning: Own the direct cash forecast model, its development, and reporting process, alongside forecasting and planning activities in HFM.
• Quality Assurance: Implement a zero-defect mentality across all treasury reporting and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analytical Enhancement: Assist the global treasury team in developing and improving analytical and reporting capabilities, including the use of HFM and TMS.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required; Early career professional in finance or accounting.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience, demonstrating a process/data ownership mentality and the ability to work effectively with various global business and finance leaders.
• Skills: Strong oral, written, and presentation skills; High attention to detail with strategic thinking capabilities; Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex situations and provide sound, analytical solutions.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
