• Mission: Manage the company’s financial health and liquidity, specifically for its MRO business operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple accounts and entities.
• Forecast: Assist in the development of short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze: Analyze and report on liquidity metrics and funding requirements.
• Reconcile: Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, and reconcile debt and interest payments.
• Improve: Participate in treasury system implementations and process improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting, cost accounting, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking roles. Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, with familiarity using treasury management systems.
• Skills: Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Highly proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Corridor and Great Plains Dynamics is preferred.
