Training Specialist | Hadrian
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Hadrian, located in Mesa, AZ. Hadrian is building autonomous factories that combine advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies manufacture critical parts up to 10x faster and 2x cheaper. This role is crucial for cultivating the next generation of manufacturing talent within Hadrian’s factories, ensuring consistent execution and measurable technician proficiency to accelerate operational effectiveness.

• Mission: Owns training performance and translates processes into effective on-the-job learning to ensure consistent execution and measurable technician proficiency
What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Lead all training activities and deliver on-the-job instruction as the technical expert for assigned manufacturing areas.
• Process Mastery: Master new and updated manufacturing processes, converting them into clear, teachable steps for flawless adoption.
• Standardization: Train technicians and technician-trainers to ensure consistent, standard execution of processes across all shifts.
• Evaluation: Own the full evaluation process, including quizzes, assessments, and progress reporting, while defining criteria for both hard and soft skills.
• Improvement: Collaborate with Learning System Engineers to develop and execute continuous improvement roadmaps for training.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience training or instructing entry-level to mid-level individual contributors.
• Experience: 1+ years in a training, instructing, or teaching role; at least 2 years working in a production or inspection environment.
• Skills: Aptitude for rapid learning, reteaching, and influencing process adoption; ability to independently recognize human patterns and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Bonus: Training, instructing, or teaching experience specifically within an operational environment; ability to influence others without direct authority; high emotional intelligence for self-improvement and guiding trainers.
