The Tone:
This is a full-time job or part-time role, with approval, at T3 Trading Group, located in New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Houston, TX; Miami, FL; Atlanta, GA. T3 Trading Group is an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member, providing active traders with training and technology for proprietary trading. This role is essential for individuals to join an elite community of experienced professional traders and trade the markets using firm capital.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Enforce risk management: Develop and maintain strict risk management discipline across all trading activities.
• Analyze market data: Prioritize market moving information and data that requires immediate action and response.
• Manage positions: Oversee multiple open positions while monitoring hedged leverage exposure effectively.
• Perform analytics: Conduct thorough analytics on market moving fundamental and technical catalysts.
• Understand market cycles: Develop a comprehensive understanding of market cycle changes to assist in trading decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
• Experience: Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets. Proficient in utilizing trading platforms and tools to execute trades.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed trading decisions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced trading environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and share insights with other traders. High level of self-motivation, discipline, and resilience. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
