The Tone:
This is a full-time or part-time role at T3 Trading Group, with locations in Cincinnati, OH; Milwaukee, WI; Indianapolis, IN; Jacksonville, FL; Richmond, VA; Hartford, CT. T3 Trading Group is an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member, providing active traders with the training and technology for proprietary trading. This role offers experienced professional traders the opportunity to join an elite community, access firm capital, and utilize professional-grade trading execution tools.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain strict risk management discipline to protect firm capital.
• Prioritize and act on market-moving information and data.
• Manage multiple open positions, monitoring hedged leverage exposure.
• Analyze fundamental and technical catalysts impacting market movement.
• Understand market cycle changes to inform trading decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets; Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data; Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure in fast-paced environments; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration; High level of self-motivation, discipline, resilience, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Bonus: Existing licensure with the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Exam) and Series 57 (Securities Trader Representative Exam) is a plus, but T3 will sponsor qualified candidates, and paths exist that do not require licensing.
