What You’ll Actually Do
• Tire Service: Perform comprehensive tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing flats while inflating to manufacturer specifications.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Execute essential light vehicle maintenance tasks such as performing oil changes, replacing filters, testing and installing batteries, and conducting detailed visual inspections with documentation.
• Sensor Management: Manage TPMS sensors by testing, replacing, registering, and resetting them to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Shop Operations: Maintain an organized and safe work environment by stocking inventory, ensuring shop cleanliness, and adhering to all safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to provide customers with fast, accurate, and elite service, contributing to overall operational excellence and allowing for progression into light mechanical services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Core domain knowledge in automotive service or tire maintenance practices.
• Experience: Previous experience in tire/lube or general automotive service is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in tire services, basic vehicle maintenance, TPMS sensor management, adherence to safety standards, valid driver’s license.
