The Tone:
This is a full-time trainee program at Kraft Heinz, located in Chicago, IL, with required field rotations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse: Complete two-to-four weeks of onboarding to understand the business from end-to-end and build connections with your cohort.
• Develop: Implement creative solutions across the business through two distinct 4-month project rotations, one of which will be at a field location.
• Influence: Contribute to projects that shape innovation, product expansion, and support limited-time offerings within marketing.
• Analyze: Interpret consumer data to strengthen brand plans and inform investment decisions.
• Lead: Drive impact throughout the 10-month program and transition into a full-time leadership role upon completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027. This is an entry-level trainee program for future leaders in marketing.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience stated; the program targets graduating students.
