Technology Rotation Program Associate | Pacific Life

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Location: In-person Newport Beach, CA
• Pay: $42 hourly
• Mission: To develop strong technical and analytical skills in associates that will enable them to make a measurable impact on our business through a rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage three 6-month rotational assignments on technology teams across various Pacific Life business units.
• Engage with senior leaders and a community of talented and motivated early career professionals.
• Utilize mentors and coaches to accelerate your development of technical, business, and leadership skills.
• Apply new technologies directly to impactful assignments through experiential learning opportunities.
• Participate in rigorous training in advanced IT concepts, finance, leadership, and business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a technical field. This is an Early-Level career position.
• Experience: No specific years required; prior work or intern experience is preferred.
• Skills: Solid technical/analytical skills, sharp business acumen, passion and aptitude for applying technology for business outcomes, comfort with quickly learning and applying new skills, and adaptability when dealing with ambiguity.
