This position is critical for driving M&A and financing transactions within the software and technology sectors, directly contributing to client success through rigorous financial analysis, strategic research, and direct engagement with clients and transaction partners.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Research: Conduct extensive research and due diligence on clients and industry sectors.
• Financial Modeling: Develop detailed three statement LBO models and retention analyses.
• Investor Materials: Create data-driven investor materials for transaction counterparties.
• Investor Identification: Identify, research, and qualify relevant strategic investors.
• Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients and transaction partners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; professional experience in Investment Banking, focusing on technology.
• Experience: 1+ years of work experience in Banking, including 1+ years in Investment Banking, and 1+ years of software and technology M&A and financing experience, preferably with a highly reputable firm.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling skills (LBO and retention analyses); Microsoft Excel proficiency.
