About Wells Fargo Technology Internship Program

Wells Fargo is seeking talented individuals to join their 2025 Technology Internship Program. This ten-week program provides participants with an orientation and training on Wells Fargo and its Technology groups.

Program Highlights:

Hands-on Experience: Participants will gain real-world experience through relevant work assignments, group projects, and interaction with key leaders.
Professional Development: The program emphasizes professional development through informative learning sessions, coaching, and networking opportunities.
Business & Technical Insights: The program is designed to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business and technical knowledge.

Program Roles:

Software Engineer:
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, integrate, and enhance applications. This may involve resolving bugs, developing new applications, and working with ancillary technologies for integration and data integrity.
Technical Stacks: Java, .Net Core/ASP.Net, UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Node.js, Angular JS, JQuery, Java Script), Spring Boot, GitHub, TDD/BDD, API, Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud Technologies (PCF, Azure, Google)
Environment: Typically work within an Agile (Scrum / Kanban) setting.
Data Engineer:
Responsibilities: Create and support reusable frameworks, data warehouses, and analytics environments. Contribute to data integration by developing data models, maintaining data warehouse environments, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis. Build and maintain optimized data pipelines for deeper analysis and reporting.
Technical Stacks: Python, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL, AI/ML, Tableau/PowerBI
Compliance: Adhere to data information policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Energetic Self-Starter: Proactively takes initiative, remains curious, and has a genuine interest in learning and growth.
Collaborative: Ability to learn from and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Involvement in extracurricular activities (volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, leadership positions, non-profit involvement).
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Technology STEM related majors.
• Demonstrated knowledge, interest, and/or experience with Java, Cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills.

Pay Range:

• AZ (Chandler, Phoenix): $48.08 hourly
• MN (Minneapolis, St. Louis Park): $48.08 hourly
• MO (St. Louis): $48.08 hourly
• NC (Charlotte): $48.08 hourly
• NJ (Summit): $60.10 hourly
• OH (Columbus): $48.08 hourly
• TX (Addison, Irving): $48.08 hourly
