What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Assist in developing robust web applications utilizing C# (.NET) and React.
• Support: Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with team members to build and enhance application features.
• Improve: Help troubleshoot technical issues, identify and fix bugs, and contribute to improving application performance.
• Learn: Gain practical exposure to Agile methodologies and modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Foundational programming knowledge with a basic understanding of C#/.NET and/or JavaScript (React preferred). Familiarity with web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Skills: Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and an enthusiastic willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong interest in learning modern software development practices, with an emphasis on AI-assisted development workflows.
• Bonus: Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with API tools such as Postman or Swagger. Understanding of agentic AI-driven development workflows and tools.
