This program is designed to help B.Tech, MCA, BCA, and recent graduates gain essential hands-on experience in software development and testing, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands before they even interview for jobs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Develop web and application solutions for real client projects.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct software testing and quality assurance to ensure product functionality.
• Issue Resolution: Track and resolve bugs and issues identified during the development cycle.
• Analysis & Documentation: Perform requirement analysis and create project documentation and reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within an Agile team to deliver project outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification of B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in Software Development and Testing.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Skills: Problem-solving mindset; Passion for software development or testing; Strong willingness to learn and grow.
