The Tone:
This is a full-time role at PMG, located in Dallas, TX. PMG is a global independent platform company that integrates business strategy, media, creative, and data within a single operating model powered by its proprietary operating system, Alli. This role is crucial for early career professionals to evolve Alli, craft innovative software solutions for top-tier brands, and drive impact in the digital marketing space through AI and pioneering technologies. It offers an intensive 8-week onboarding program to jumpstart knowledge in digital marketing and pioneering technologies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Evolve: Evolve PMG’s proprietary AI-powered technology, Alli.
• Craft: Craft innovative software solutions for top-tier brands like Nike, Apple, and Intuit.
• Engineer: Engineer scalable systems and develop software solutions that impact digital marketing.
• Collaborate: Engage in collaborative opportunities like peer programming with AI & Software engineers.
• Implement: Implement and lead the charge of AI Agents within PMG’s technology.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Internships or relevant work experience demonstrating problem-solving and technical capabilities.
• Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Node.js; skills in AWS and GCP; experience with AI technologies including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain.
• Bonus: A passion for mastering new technologies and curiosity about digital marketing.
