Tech Operations Specialist | Swooped
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Swooped, located remotely in the United States. Swooped builds an intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, enabling organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, reduce security risks, and accelerate digital transformation. This role is crucial for keeping the field organization’s AI tooling running smoothly day to day, bringing order to a fast-moving tool landscape.

• Mission: This person owns maintaining and optimizing the AI tools and data that support Swooped’s field organization.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Tool Inventory & Consolidation: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field organization and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl.
• Tool Adoption & Use Case Index: Formalize a library of field-adopted and -requested use cases for AI tools in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner, CRO.
• Utilization & Tracking: Monitor usage of AI tools across teams, build simple reporting to track adoption trends, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.
• Tool Access Requests/Management: Own the intake and processing of access requests for AI tools, ensuring provisioning is timely, accurate, and aligned with licensing and approval requirements.
• AI Data Management: Support the organization, quality, and hygiene of data used by or generated from AI tools, working with relevant teams to keep datasets accurate and properly maintained.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-mid level experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or a similar coordination-heavy function.
• Experience: Some professional experience comfortable owning recurring operational processes within a tech environment.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, genuine curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn their technical basics, process-minded approach to workflows, collaborative work style, and basic comfort with spreadsheets or simple data tools.
• Bonus: Ability to work effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, valuing transparency and collaboration.
