The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete 3 rotations: Over 2 years, you will complete three distinct rotations within IT across various technical areas.
• Gain experience: Acquire diverse experience across multiple roles and areas within IT, such as Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Development, Data / Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, User Experience, and Automation.
• Apply technology: Utilize your passion for technology to help the company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned with critical business outcomes.
• Cultivate skills: Develop technical, business, and professional experience as an entry-level technologist by working in teams alongside highly skilled professionals.
• Learn complex environments: Quickly assimilate new concepts within a complex, cross-functional, business, and technical environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree OR a high school diploma with at least 2 years of computing/technical equivalent experience in IT, related certificates, and/or military. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Must have completed at least 1 internship, apprenticeship, co-op, or equivalent professional role in a technology-related field. Candidates must agree to rotate through three different technology-related roles throughout IT for the 2-year duration.
• Skills: Business Intelligence (BI), Data Visualization, Methods and Tools, Software Development.
• Bonus: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to help the organization think differently for the changing IT landscape.
