Position Summary

As a Team Member at Flynn Arby’s, you will be a vital part of our success, contributing to a world-class dining experience for our guests. You will ensure flawless service, prepare quality food, and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere, embodying our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality food products efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen to high standards.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service and a cohesive work environment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food or hospitality industry is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably.
