2027 Truist Analyst Program – Technology, Data, and Operations Track | Truist

The Tone:
This is a full-time, regular role at Truist, located in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA for the duration of the program. Truist is a financial services company with a purpose to inspire and build better lives and communities, offering a wide range of services including consumer and wholesale banking, and technology, data, and operations. This immersive program offers an opportunity for early career professionals to dive into critical work, develop mission-critical skills, and gain real work experience through rotations within the bank. The role is designed to fast-track participants towards making a real impact by connecting them with leaders, building a professional network, and securing potential placement upon successful completion.

• Tech Stack: Areas of focus include: Software Delivery, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Project and Product Management

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Dive into critical work as you rotate through specific areas of the bank over the course of the year.
• Learn: Engage in a custom curriculum to deepen financial services acumen and build mission-critical skills.
• Contribute: Work on innovative projects and assignments across various lines of business, including Software Delivery, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
• Train: Satisfactorily complete all prescribed training prior to the end of the program and any additional training recommended by managers.
• Execute: Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, with a graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through on-campus and/or community involvement and/or prior work experience.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong initiative, and personal accountability.
• Bonus: A 3.0+ GPA is preferred, along with enthusiasm for a career in financial services, willingness to travel, and the ability to relocate for the program and subsequent placements within the Truist footprint.
