Your Role as a Tax Summer Intern
As a Tax Summer Intern, you will be an integral part of the team, gaining invaluable experience by working on a variety of client deliverables. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced professionals, contributing to impactful projects across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and tax trial balances based on audited or client-provided financial data.
- Assist the engagement team with daily client workflow and support.
- Team up with other interns and professionals on hands-on projects, building real-world skills and expanding your professional network.

Qualifications for Success
The successful candidate will be a high-achieving student with strong foundational accounting knowledge and a drive to excel.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- On track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility between May 2027 and September 2028.
- Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall coursework.
- Must have successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects.
- Possess excellent communication skills and sharp critical thinking abilities.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
