What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare various individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns under direct supervision.

• Plan: Support the team with tax projection and planning initiatives.
• Utilize: Employ tax software and internal firm technology to effectively prepare and track client returns.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or taxation, with graduation expected in Spring 2027. This is an entry-level internship position designed for students ready to begin their professional journey in public accounting.
• Experience: Actively working towards CPA exam eligibility, demonstrating a commitment to professional certification. Proven proficiency in Excel is required, along with a readiness and comfort to quickly learn and adapt to new tax software and firm-specific technologies.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail is paramount for accurate tax preparation and analysis. Strong organizational abilities and effective time management are essential, particularly during periods with strict deadlines, to ensure efficient workflow.
