What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger Management: Prepare accurate and timely general ledger entries to maintain comprehensive financial records for clients.
• Core Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring smooth transaction processing and cash flow for clients.
• Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform bank reconciliations and assist with the preparation of financial statements, contributing to accurate financial oversight.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare government-required reports and ensure all necessary compliance reporting is completed on time.
• Client Support & Payroll: Advise clients on internal accounting matters and manage payroll processing for their operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field of study, suitable for an early-career professional.
• Experience: 0-3 years of general accounting experience is required, with previous accounting or cash receipt experience considered a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Meticulous attention to detail for accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. A highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
• Bonus: CPA license or actively pursuing a CPA certification preferred.
