What You’ll Actually Do
• Preparation: Assist in preparing work papers, trial balances, depreciation schedules, and engagement correspondence.
• Data Entry: Enter data into computer applications for various accounting processes.
• Data Gathering: Gather necessary data for tax return preparation.
• File Management: Maintain the tax library and client tax and auditing files.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university with a major in accounting. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Demonstrated written and oral communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; high degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
