What You’ll Actually Do
• Source: Find potential candidates using various platforms and specialized recruiting tools.
• Engage: Initiate communication with identified talent through diverse channels like email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Schedule: Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Organize: Maintain precise candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Track: Monitor sourcing performance and provide updates on pipeline activity and progress.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent with an interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or human resources.
• Experience: No specific years required. The ideal candidate is an early-career professional, recent graduate, or someone transitioning into talent acquisition.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and online research tools.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit of a degree. Experience in customer service, sales, staffing, recruiting, or administrative work. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
