The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Arts Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Interest in identifying, evaluating, and sourcing creative talent. Ability to conduct interviews and provide assessments for potential candidates.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with diverse groups. Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing hybrid work responsibilities. Enthusiasm for the creative industry and working directly with artists and performers.
