The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time, Temporary (6 months)
• Location: In-person, Chicago, IL

• Team: Talent Attraction (TA) team, supporting the full-recruiting life cycle from candidate attraction to offer.
• Mission: Support various administrative tasks and projects to help the firm attract and secure top talent, building a strong and capable workforce.
• Tech Stack: Applicant Tracking System, Microsoft Office Suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage applicant data: Handle administrative tasks related to data management within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support candidates: Provide direct assistance and support to candidates throughout their recruiting journey.
• Coordinate logistics: Organize and schedule various recruiting events and interview processes.
• Screen resumes: Assist with the initial review and screening of candidate resumes.
• Contribute to projects: Participate in relevant training and contribute to select team projects, collaborating with Talent Attraction team members and client service professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Possess basic business knowledge.
• Experience: Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Demonstrates a high level of maturity and professionalism. Available for a 6-month period, working no more than 35 hours per week, with consistent in-person office time.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration. Possesses strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Bonus: Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed.
