Talent Acquisition Partner | Group 1 Automotive
The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role within Group 1 Automotive, operating across its markets in the United States and United Kingdom. Group 1 Automotive is a Fortune 250 leader in global automotive retail, delivering a fully integrated automotive experience through over 250 dealerships and collision centers. This role is crucial for leading talent acquisition efforts, modernizing hiring practices, and ensuring an exemplary employee experience, which in turn drives a better customer experience in an evolving industry.
The TL;DR

• Type: Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
• Location: Hybrid, assigned market (within US & UK operations) – Travel Required
• Pay: $95000–$105000 yearly

• Mission: Owns leading full-cycle talent acquisition efforts to modernize hiring practices and deliver a high-touch recruitment experience in an assigned market.
• Tech Stack: ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, pipeline tools, reporting dashboards
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Serve as the dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for a defined market/region with varying business needs and hiring maturity.
• Influence: Lead process adoption and change management by building relationships with Market leadership and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Manage: Own the end-to-end hiring process from intake to pre-boarding handoff, ensuring a consistently high-standard candidate experience.
• Source: Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-impact roles, leveraging multi-channel sourcing to reduce reliance on inbound applicants.
• Advise: Provide bi-weekly and monthly business reviews with store and district leaders, aligning hiring strategy with operational goals and consulting on action plans.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with full-cycle high-volume recruiting expertise.
• Experience: 5+ years in full-cycle high-volume recruiting, capable of managing 50+ requisitions concurrently, with up to 50% travel required.
• Skills: Advanced sourcing (Boolean, talent mapping, passive outreach, competitive market research), strong relationship management for driving process change, data storytelling, and proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, pipeline tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Bonus: Experience supporting 15+ stores in a market.
