• Team: Human Resources, supporting non-Executive Officer hiring, in partnership with senior Talent Acquisition team members.
• Mission: To deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and evolve Talent Acquisition into a strategic business partner through effective recruiting strategies, diverse talent pipelines, and an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
• Tech Stack: Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred), AI-enabled recruiting tools.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and individual contributor positions, encompassing kick-off meetings, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer development, and onboarding support.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and provide market insights that inform hiring decisions.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and external talent channels, promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Process Execution: Execute recruiting processes with accuracy, consistency, and compliance by maintaining recruiting systems, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the hiring experience.
• Technology Integration: Utilize recruiting technology, AI-enabled tools, and automation to streamline workflows, enhance candidate engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Core domain knowledge in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, supporting professional or corporate hiring.
• Experience: At least 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
• Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience supporting talent acquisition within a large, complex corporate environment. Knowledge of workforce planning, talent market trends, and data-informed recruiting practices. Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities to simplify processes. Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
