What You’ll Actually Do
• Optimize: Improve CRM enablement, adoption, and overall effectiveness through process improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate: Research and assess sales enablement technology to identify innovations that align with the global strategy.
• Manage: Provide project management support across diverse markets, global regions, and internal teams.
• Develop: Enhance and build capabilities for sales Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and metric tracking.
• Communicate: Craft internal communications specifically to support Commercial Excellence initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Operational Excellence, Project Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of one internship or CO-OP providing practical experience in strategic marketing or market development. Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• Skills: Highly motivated, results-oriented, strong operational thinking, strategic thinking, and leadership skills; geographic mobility within the U.S. and ability to travel internationally.
• Bonus: MBA preferred, 3.2 GPA Minimum, two or more internships or CO-OPs.
