The Tone:
This is a full-time Early Career Professional role at Safelite, located in Columbus, OH, with opportunities for international travel. Safelite, a subsidiary of the global industry leader Belron, specializes in auto glass repair and advanced vehicle safety system recalibration, fixing more windshields and recalibrating more systems than anyone else. This Early Career program is designed to develop associates into future leaders by providing curated experiences, custom curriculum, and networking opportunities. The role offers immediate exposure to senior leaders in both the U.S. and internationally, emphasizing the company’s culture, spirit, and commitment to its people.

• Mission: Evaluate market opportunities, inform business decisions, and support future careers in customer strategy and client management by understanding how Safelite serves its Cash, Commercial, and Insurance segments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support business operations by performing day-to-day tasks and contributing to projects within three, 8-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience in the Customer & Client Solutions function.
• Analyze: Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions, research business problems, gather requirements, and develop project strategies and business cases.
• Recommend: Provide valuable insights and present clear recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to important business discussions.
• Improve: Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies on each business rotation, analyzing actual tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Lead: Contribute to or lead one or more program stretch projects, managing time and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver research, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related major, with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher, graduating by June 2027.
• Experience: Previous internship experience required; ability to travel internationally and eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Internship experience in analytics preferred; demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
