The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at The Amatriot Group, located in Monrovia, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring one day onsite per week. What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare and Deliver: Support the preparation, handling, and delivery of support products and mission-critical files for spacecraft-related systems and tools.
• Process Requests: Process inbound requests, translate requirements, and follow established procedures to validate and deliver accurate outputs.
• Retrieve Information: Utilize internal tools, file systems, and documentation to retrieve information, validate inputs/outputs, and ensure products are ready for operational use.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Coordinate with various organizational teams, including operations, scheduling, engineering, and system administration, to gather inputs, track progress, and resolve gaps.
• Maintain Accuracy and Documentation: Maintain high accuracy while managing time-sensitive and high-visibility deliverables, documenting work, tracking status, and ensuring clean handoffs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR an Associate’s degree with active pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage files, tasks, and priorities accurately, effective interpersonal and communication skills, disciplined and process-oriented approach to following procedures consistently.
• Bonus: Internship, academic, or early-career experience in operations, scheduling, engineering support, IT, or technical programs; exposure to technical documentation, file configuration workflows, or operational readiness processes; interest in or alignment with space missions, aerospace operations, or mission support environments.
