This entry-level role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of support products and mission-critical files, directly impacting the success of space operations.

• Mission: This person ensures the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of mission-critical support products and files used to configure spacecraft-related systems and tools.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Product Delivery: Prepare, handle, and deliver support products and mission-critical files used to configure spacecraft-related systems and tools.
• Request Processing: Process inbound requests, translate requirements, and follow established procedures to investigate, validate, and deliver accurate outputs.
• Information Retrieval: Use internal tools, file systems, and documentation to retrieve information, validate inputs/outputs, and ensure products are ready for operational use.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with teams across the organization, including operations, scheduling, and engineering, to gather inputs, track progress, and resolve gaps.
• Operational Accuracy: Maintain high accuracy when managing time-sensitive and high-visibility deliverables during critical mission windows and participate in extended hours as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR an Associate’s degree with active pursuit of a Bachelor’s.
• Experience: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills to manage files, tasks, and priorities accurately, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow disciplined processes consistently.
• Bonus: Internship, academic, or early-career experience in operations, scheduling, engineering support, IT, or technical programs; exposure to technical documentation, file configuration workflows, or operational readiness processes; interest in or alignment with space missions, aerospace operations, or mission support environments.
