Supply Chain Analyst | Aditi Consulting
The Tone:
This is a contract role at Aditi Consulting. The company provides staffing solutions to various clients, and this role contributes to ensuring efficient supply chain operations for their client’s audio products. This position is vital for maintaining product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and facilitating on-time customer delivery to meet sales targets and ensure smooth business operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Availability & On-Time Delivery: Ensure comprehensive product availability to meet forecasted demand across various accounts by managing PSI/Allocation, receiving orders based on established allocations, and meticulously overseeing the delivery process to customers for on-time fulfillment.
• Demand Forecasting & Allocation Optimization: Input weekly AP2 forecasts to strategically maximize product allocation by each account and site, while developing and maintaining accurate short-term (6 months) demand forecasts for audio products, using historical data, market trends, and insights from cross-functional teams; this includes managing weekly demand forecasts at the SKU/site level to provide customer order commitments and update topline forecasts.
• Order Processing & Logistics Operations: Track weekly customer orders received, process and manage these orders to consistently meet on-time delivery objectives, and expertly operate essential logistics processes such as diversion and stock transfer.
• Inventory Management & Sales Goal Attainment: Monitor current inventory levels, develop and implement strategies to effectively balance inventory investment against service level targets, analyze and publish weekly ATS/aging reports to maximize monthly sales and minimize excess inventory, and manage weekly MPO/factory aging inventory, all while monitoring sales order receiving and shipping to secure monthly sales targets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Performance Reporting: Collaborate extensively with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations teams to understand the impact of new product launches, promotions, and other key events on demand, adjusting forecasts accordingly, coordinating with HQ for optimal production scheduling and supplier management, and providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management on demand, inventory, and overall supply chain performance, including daily/weekly operating report (PSI/SCP) publication.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires an educational background in business, supply chain management, economics, or a similar relevant field.
• Experience: Possesses 3-4 years of experience, considered an entry-level professional, specifically in supply chain operations, data analysis, and logistics operations.
• Skills: Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Excel, functional knowledge of SAP systems, and is required to be bilingual in Korean and English. Strong demand planning capabilities are essential for success in this role.
• Bonus: General knowledge of supply chain operations pertinent to the employee’s specific work area, with a limited understanding of overall supply chain functions. The ability to identify standard problems within the supply chain cycle and propose method or date changes, potentially authorizing standard changes to ensure customer satisfaction. Capable of reading, preparing, interpreting, and understanding various sales, purchase, and transfer order information, and able to orient quickly in a timely manner while taking initiative.
