This is an internship at Roller Rabbit, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Roller Rabbit is a retail brand focused on apparel and lifestyle products. This role is crucial for supporting the Operations team in managing the daily flow of goods and ensuring smooth operational processes across the business.

• Mission: Ensure efficient management of day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and operational processes across the business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supply Chain Tracking: Assist with tracking inbound shipments from factories to warehouse receipt and monitor the movement of goods from production through fulfillment.
• Logistics Coordination: Support supply chain coordination including shipment updates, inventory tracking, and communication with carriers, freight partners, and logistics vendors.
• Systems & Data Management: Support data entry and transaction processing within NetSuite or related ERP systems, helping to maintain accurate inventory records, purchase orders, and operational data.
• Warehouse Coordination: Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure accurate product receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
• Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate operational reports using Excel and internal systems, and track basic KPIs related to inventory, fulfillment, and logistics performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, and eligible for Summer 2026 credit.
• Experience: Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, ecommerce, or retail operations, along with an eagerness to learn operational systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems, and previous internship or relevant coursework in operations or logistics.
