Supply Chain Leadership Development Program – Technical Track (June 2027) | The Clorox Company

The Tone:
This is a 3-year rotational leadership development program at The Clorox Company, primarily located in Alpharetta, GA, with a potential relocation for one rotation. Clorox is an 8,208-person organization committed to growth for its people and brands, guided by purpose and values. This role is crucial for developing future leaders within the Supply Chain Organization by providing diverse, hands-on experience and extensive leadership programming across various key areas.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Rotation: Expand knowledge in logistics analysis, customer relationship management, and order management by problem-solving and interfacing with internal and external partners.
• Manufacturing Rotation: Directly contribute to plant operations through process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement, developing leadership skills with supervisory responsibility.
• Technical Rotation: Hone technical skills in operations services areas such as quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, or capital project management.
• Program Participation: Quickly get up to speed and deliver results in functional assignments while completing leadership development programming and activities.
• Leadership Exposure: Actively seek leadership experiences, gain exposure to internal and external facilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent or upcoming graduate from a 4-year undergraduate program with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant degree. Must not be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships.
• Bonus: Previous Supply Chain or Engineering internship/work experience, manufacturing experience, and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
