What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Execution: Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion.
• Project Management: Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales personnel to ensure project execution exceeds customer expectations, delivering exceptional service every day.
• Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate project requirements to the project team and wider organization, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of job status, changes, and material flow for internal and external reports.
• Customer Relations: Effectively communicate and inform customers of project status, challenges, changes, and any other necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a college degree, trade school education, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required for entry into this program.
• Skills: Basic Microsoft Office skills, strong presentation and communication abilities, and technical acumen or an affinity to learn and stay on top of evolving technology trends.
• Bonus: 1-3 years of project management or equivalent experience is preferred.
