Job Description:

This internship program offers a challenging and rewarding experience designed to introduce you to Unilever’s Supply Chain and provide you with the opportunity to develop your leadership and analytical skills. You will be paired with a mentor to support you during your internship.

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will:

• Lead a Supply Chain project.
• Gain experience in various areas of Supply Chain, such as planning, procurement, logistics, customer service, and quality.
• Build your network and expertise within the greater Supply Chain community.
• Develop your leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Interest in developing a career in Supply Chain (all majors welcome).
• Record of academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work full-time for the 10-week summer internship.
• Willingness to relocate to one of Unilever’s corporate locations.
• Interest in exploring multi-functional assignments within Supply Chain.
• Exceptional computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to be creative and innovative.

Possible Work Locations:

• Englewood Cliffs, NJ
• Manufacturing or Plant Locations

Assessment: If you meet the basic requirements, you will be invited to participate in a series of online games assessing your cognitive, emotional, and social traits.
Digital Interview: Following a successful assessment, you will be invited to participate in a digital interview where you will solve real-world problems using Unilever scenarios. The interview is split into two parts:
• Three short hypothetical questions.
• A business case.
• You can record and complete your interview anytime, anywhere.
Discovery Center: Top candidates will be invited to Unilever’s offices in the Greater New York City or Toronto areas (depending on the job) for an immersive experience. You will participate in exciting activities and projects, meet leaders, and receive personalized coaching and feedback.
