• Mission: To gain hands-on experience and apply the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to optimize supply chain processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Analysis: Assist in analyzing and mapping current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework.
• Improvement Identification: Identify areas for enhancement and propose recommendations to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction within Sourcing and Logistics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including planning, procurement, and operations, to gather data and insights for process optimization.
• Initiative Support: Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Apply analytics to develop data-driven solutions and financial/operational models for complex supply chain problems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree or 1st year of a Master’s/MBA program in fields like Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Distribution, or General Business Management. Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university.
• Experience: Currently eligible to work in the US and must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, Access database, and programming languages such as Python. Experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling, and advanced Excel features like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros is preferred.
